move-in is on Mondays. pick your arrival Monday, then your departure day.
small print / faq
1. reservations
we'll get back to you with payment details once your booking is approved. space is reserved when paid in full.
2. refunds
6+ weeks out: 100% refund on accommodation. 2–6 weeks: 50%. under 2 weeks: no refund. daily fee is always fully refundable.
3. long-stay rates
weekly, two-week, and monthly rates kick in when you book for at least that period. extra days beyond the minimum are charged at the same per-day rate — e.g. if you book 10 days, you can get the weekly rate for all 10.
4. what's per person vs. per room?
room rate = per room. daily fee, camping, and van spots = per person (since it covers mainly the use of communal facilities, not the accommodation itself).
5. can I opt out of food?
not fully. the daily fee also covers water, electricity, and kitchen fixed running costs. if our kitchen can't meet your dietary needs, we can offer you cooking and fridge space — and reduce a small part of the fee if needed.
6. kitchen & space care
we have a chef, but we ask everyone to help with 1–2 cooking/space care shifts per week. on sunday we have a collective cleaning session.
7. can I volunteer extra? how about for a discount / free stay?
we really welcome extra support. sometimes we also have discounted helper spots for people with building/carpentry/electrics/gardening skills, ask us about it.
