fools' research lab · april 1-5✦the aim of the research lab is to explore how diverse practices — ranging from movement to dialogue, the introspective to the interactive, the improvisational to the reflective — support cognitive, emotional, and spiritual development.
✦in the way we do co-living, we seek to create a balance between a supportive structure for practices — solo or in community — and spaciousness to get on with one's own work, engage with the land, and be in a free-flow of connection to self, others, and the world around.
